Refund policy

We will refund 100% of your purchase subject to the following guidelines:

1/ Buyer must notify request within 48 hours of receiving the shipment (time is counted based on the delivery time as registered by the tracking number of the original shipment to Buyer)

2/ we must receive the product in original package and condition of new (opening the product and/or testing is against our refund policy
